To make an appointment, please give us an email with following information.

  • Your first and last name

  • Phone number

  • Treatment you’d like to book

  • Preferred day or time

  • If you are a returning customer, please mention that in the email.

For First-Time Visitors
・Please be sure to mention if you are a "new customer" when you making an inquiry via email.
・Moonflower Spa has a 24-hour cancellation policy (please check the details here). We require credit card information to be provided over the phone in order to confirm your appointment.

We will get back to you to complete your booking either by email or phone. Please allow 3-5 business days for a response.
*We are currently experiencing a high volume of inquiries via email and phone calls. While we are doing our best to respond as quickly as possible, it may take longer time for us to get back to you.

We take appointments by phone as well, however may not be available to take your call, especially on weekdays.
